Children under 18 are routed to education and never to the field.

Children aged 2–15 access supervised activities, meals and basic learning while parents work.
Family head and çavuş recorded for every member. Wage payments and welfare follow the family unit.
The registry is the evidence base for Fair for Life and UEBT inspections — every name, every season.
Fill in one record per person — including children. Submit again for each additional family member.
Records are reviewed by the Sustainability Department, audited by independent FFL/UEBT inspectors, and shared anonymously in our annual public report.
