Training on the Prevention of Child Labor, Occupational Safety, and Agricultural Health Held in our supply chain.

Yesterday, we successfully conducted a comprehensive training session, focusing on the prevention of child labor, occupational health and safety, and health risks associated with agricultural work. The training aimed to raise awareness among farmers, agricultural workers, and community members about the importance of eliminating child labor in agriculture and promoting safe and healthy working conditions. Participants were informed about legal frameworks, ethical responsibilities, and best practices to ensure that children are protected and have access to education instead of being involved in labor. In addition, the session covered essential occupational health and safety measures in agricultural activities. Topics included workplace risk prevention, the proper use of protective equipment, safe handling of tools and machinery, and emergency preparedness.Special attention was also given to common agricultural diseases and health risks faced by farmers and seasonal workers. Preventive measures, early diagnosis, hygiene practices, and the importance of regular health check-ups were emphasized to promote long-term well-being in rural communities. We believe that increasing awareness and knowledge at the local level plays a crucial role in building safer, healthier, and more sustainable agricultural practices. We would like to thank all participants for their active engagement and commitment. We will continue to organize similar training programs to support our communities and promote responsible and sustainable agriculture.
